1. Agreement to Terms

By downloading or using the PocketInventory mobile application, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the application.

2. Offline Application License

PocketInventory is an offline application. You are granted a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the app on your personal mobile devices for local storage and QR code tracking purposes.

3. Data Ownership & Storage

All inventory records, container locations, images, and QR label outputs created within PocketInventory are stored exclusively on your device. You maintain full ownership and responsibility for backing up your device data.

4. Limitation of Liability

PocketInventory is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. In no event shall the developers be liable for any data loss, physical storage misplacement, or indirect damages resulting from the use of this app.
